new 9123 HDA FF06 x64 generic driver (also bundles Realtek USB audio driver v6.3.9600.213 and Waves Maxxaudio desktop [non-uwp] software) from Station drivers

The contents of this section are hidden9123 HDA FF06 generic x64 driver is WHQL for 64bit Win10 only, unsigned for Win7/8.x (much like with 9116 HDA FF00)
note: this is an FF06 version, not FF00 version because the Maxxaudio integration DLL files are included, along with the Waves Maxxaudio application software.
latest WHQL'ed HDA versions for Win7/8.x are 9088 & 9107 (but 9107 is non-generic and 9088 is generic)
and latest generic FF00 HDA version is 9116 (mentioned in my previous post) but 9116 HDA (like 9123 HDA) is WHQL for Win10 x64 only

9116 HDA FF00 from Asrock is nice. Better to stick with HDA FF00 than installing UAD or other FF versions.

The contents of this section are hiddenunlike the 9116 and 9123 HDA versions, 9126 is WHQL certified with both Win7 & Win10 (I checked the digital signatures from the hdxrt.cat file for 9126 which have OS:Attr value of 2:6.1,2:10.0)
note: remember chillgates, someone like Manchita is running Win7 and cannot use 9116 or 9123 HDA because those HDA versions are Win10 only (and Realtek does not always release new HDA versions that are certified for Win7 and only for Win10). let Manchita continue to run Win7 on his/her machine.

one thing's for sure - I will NEVER, NEVER upgrade my brother's old Sony Vaio laptop PC (using Realtek ALC269) to Windows 10 and it still runs Windows 7 to this day (or he'll pummel me for messing with the OS on there). but I have updated the Realtek audio drivers from 9088 to 9126 this past weekend on that Win7 laptop. still lost the Realtek Sound Effect options in the Realtek audio manager control panel for 9126 (due to Realtek using wrong/incorrect SYSFX_POSTMIX_CLSID value from the HDXRT.INF file - had to run Registry editor after installing the 9126 driver to change or "fix" that to the proper value to restore the missing Realtek sound options)
though too little too late for this (but maybe not for users who use Biostar brand motherboards), there was an older generic Realtek 6.0.9102.1 HDA FF00 32bit/64bit driver that was released on the Biostar web site in early March which I was not aware of this until yesterday that the Station Drivers site also mentioned about it. 9102 HDA FF00 is a Win10 only driver

Just tested this version from station drivers. The old driver 6.0.9126 HDA FF00 from Asrock is sounding better than this newer version. I returned back to 9126.

found the 9132 FF00 driver listed for an ASRock SBC-240 industrial board (took me several days to find out which boards or PCs have that specific driver listed):

also 9151 FF00 now has "correct" or fixed CLSIDs/GUIDs for Win7 (yup Realtek finally fixed some of the CLSID entries in the INF files with 9151), so Realtek sound enhancement options should be available to Win7 users once again
