I saw that the first post had been updated, but apparently it's still an old version? I tried installing v15.0.113.3886 (07-13-2021) from the first post, but the version from RSLoad that I currently have v15.0.114.4683 (installed on 04-13-2021, Hibit Uninstaller reports v15.0.4684) is "later"? Quite confused by version numbers and the release dates, hoping that a new version will release with fixes (though some people on RSLoad seem to think v12 is better than v15)
I wish there was a different program that allowed editing of OCR readings, but ABBYY seems to be the only one, and it is unfriendly to use - as far as I can tell, no easy way to define new "Styles", and whenever you rescan a page, it undoes all your corrections (sounds logical, but in practice, it feels wrong).

Not sure if this is the right place to ask, but does anyone know if cracks exist for ABBYY Screenshot Reader?
EDIT: ABBY Screenshot Reader does not need registration. Upon installation, it will prompt for registration - Select "By Website", click "Next" twice, and you're done.
ABBY Screenshot Reader reads OCR from screenshots; here's the shareware version:
