@uffbros, the last update is KB 4517211 for OS build 18362.387
In the front page there are added only ISO realeases which can appear once a month.
If you wish the latest update, you can do this yourself

Build 357 is a manual update (not available on Windows Update).

the KB4522016 update (build 18362.357) will remain a manual update from the Catalog site only
but that patch is already superseded by the recent KB4517211 (build 18362.387) update which this one is available from windows update, WSUS & MS Update Catalog, making the KB4522016 a moot point.
gosh, the timing of the patches MS released this past week was damn awful; first the out-of-band IE updates on Mon 9/23, then a newer set of Win10 updates on Tue 9/24, plus the KB4517211 update release for 1903 on Thu 9/26. certain The contents of this section are hidden how how MS has handled these new patch releases.
