Note - KB4537795 is the very last CU that actually installs on 1803 Home & Pro versions as I tested this update myself on a test PC running 1803 pro.
The KB4540689 and newer CUs no longer apply to 1803 home & pro editions and only install on enterprise & education editions as I also confirmed this myself.
