explain clearly. are you checking the iso files with kaspersky checker or while writing to usb, kaspersky catching viruses in it ?
do not scan for viruses and switch off antivirus when writing to usb. it is already given in notes at home site.

@luxodude wants to say that Kaspersky virus checker tool does not run on Lateat winPE. It produces missing driver error!
That bug is known to author. And currently sergei has no workaround for it.
It may be fixed in future
