At present latest releases of November links only working on cloudmail. Other 2 hosts are too busy and returning error.

that's ok.  i'm not in a hurry and will either wait a few days for the other 2 hosts become available

or I can use a 3rd party download manager/accelerator app on the cloudmail site to speed up the download

Install proton vpn. Use 1 of 10 servers from Nederlands and download from cloudmail. Nederlands servers are fastest and free on proton vpn.

I ended up downloading some of the official 21H2 ISOs direct from Microsoft rather than those hosted sites
the LTSC 2021 ISOs I was able to download them from those hosted sites that were previously down but are fully working
