A man is driving around town with a car full of penguins. He gets pulled over and the officer yells at him that he needs to take those penguins to the zoo.

The next day the man is driving with his penguins again and is pulled over by the same officer. 

The officer looks at the man and says: "Son, didn't I tell you to take those penguins to the zoo?"

"Yes officer, you did and of course I took them to the zoo yesterday right after you told me to! Today I'm taking them to the movies!"

@xbyak, the statement "take these penguins to the zoo" is ambiguous. It can mean "these penguins belong in the zoo, take them there" or "bring the penguins to visit the zoo". The policeman intends it to mean "these penguins belong in the zoo, take them there", but the man takes it to mean "bring the penguins to visit the zoo". This is the humor.
