- Seprated hide windows update setting from disabling update since "view uninstalled updates" moved to windows update tab in win11 (After you unhide windows update in settings, open control panel then "Programs and Features" then view uninstalled updates)

- Added option to hide or unhide windows update and delivery optimization from settings
