I post a lot of software and don't have the time to keep up with it all, so yes the update is a bit dated but having never put it here before I did it yesterday.
I have a life and not a lot of time to devote to the site, so it happens that updates arrive after they've been published (sometimes I even skip versions because I haven't seen the update).
You can also contribute by doing what others here are doing, i.e. posting a comment to let me know that an update is available so that I can update the OP quickly.
