When I try to run Gen.P 2.7, it starts another process "HotKeySet.exe" which fails, then Gen.P UI appears. does anybody know what HotKeySet.exe is?

i upgraded to the latest version 20039 and because it reset to trial, i applied GenP. now main application works fine but pdfmaker (e.g. in office applications) gives license error and doesn't work.

i also installed it on a clean windows and experience the same issue.

is there any solution?
