I'm afraid the program component update may affect activation. Better to remain at installed version and to disable program component update . This version is good enough.

For those who want program upgrade it could be used ESET Internet Securitity v12.x with Trial reset.

It is correct what you say, but for some years it is accepted. Nevertheless the best AV is the user. For example rarely i open AV.
