yup - he got a dmca takedown in early march 2020
also
realtek closed off access to their ftp server around that time (or at least changed the passwords on their ftp server)
per one comment from lowyat.net forum -
Code:

that's why their ftp server can't be accessed anymore & can't get new HDA drivers from there

I was wondering why all
Realtek audio versions except FF00 getting updates after github account banned. I downloaded that lenovo driver update now. Mine is Gigabyte AB350 Gaming 3 board with ALC 1220 chipset. If this driver works i bookmark that link and always look for update there. I don't like M$ update for this driver because M$ removed "room correction" option and tray icon for
realtek in their app.
Update : This lenovo driver for
Realtek FF00 worked successfully.

I don't have that problem - I have the room correction option available with 8911 FF01/FF04 (HP), 8911 FF0C, 8918 FF06 and 8924 FF00 on my HP computer using
Realtek ALC888S. Also have room correction option on my Gigabyte GA-78LMT-USB3 R2 board +
Realtek ALC892 with 8911 FF0C, 8918 FF06 and 8924 FF00 versions.
though my HP computer got 8924 FF00 from HP earlier than Lenovo did with sp102277 pack but HP's version of 8924 is only specific to certain HP/Compaq computers only (aka non-generic, contains less INF files & generic hdxrt.inf file not included) while Lenovo's version of 8924 supported many desktop (ideacentre & thinkcentre) pcs and is pretty much a "generic" release.

HP & Lenovo will continue to release new
Realtek HDA drivers because of a security flaw with older
Realtek HDA drivers:

they might - it's just that it'll take a while (maybe several weeks to a few months)
maybe Lenovo could release "duplicate" generic 8924 FF00 HDA drivers for other "desktop" (ideacentre & thinkcentre) pcs that weren't covered by the first generic 8924 driver package.

also v6.0.8907.1 FF00 X64 generic (slightly older version) from MS Update (146Mb cab download) - WHQL from Win7 to Win10 [posted 4/29/2020]
MS is usually late to the party (sometimes 2 to 4 months late) in terms of posting up HDA drivers
