You have No permissionsdescribe step by step what you do after installing the software. The procedure is to install the software, when finished copy the loader to install directory, create a shortcut from the loader and place it on the desktop. Start DVDFab from the loader (run with administrator privileges).
Make sure to exclude install directory or the loader in real-time protection of your antivirus before running.
