Also there's a trusted cracks names for each program like Yaschir for example

@KingOc, I always post content that is from a safe source and not from the first person who posts a link, so it's unlikely to have viruses or anything else. (and the rare cases where this can happen are false positives).
For malware you can scan the files you download on services like virustotal.
