How to use:
1.Install  Setup.exe and/or update
2.After Install Don't Start Program
3.Disable Antivirus security and Windows Defender (Pause protection)
4.Run patch as Administrator
5.Apply the patch
6.Enjoy

Tested by me on both architectures (ignore the version number in the patchers!)
