Disclosure:

Installer : Credits to my wife.   She bought it for her laptop.

Instructions:
- Uninstall previous version 6/7/8.
- hostblock first: cap.cyberlink.com and activation.cyberlink.com. Make sure this is working.
- Install youcam9 retail setup ( Cyberlink_YouCam9_Deluxe_YUC190624-02.exe). No need to to cut off internet.
- After installation, DO NOT OPEN THE PROGRAM YET. Product Activate registry entry is not present here. So no need to edit the registry.
- Go to RKPatch folder and depending on your system architecture (x64/x86). Merge the registry file.
- Now, open the program.
- Done.

Note: 
1. Updates have not been tested as this version just released few days ago.
2. This is not a repack setup.

Note: In v9, they change the setup packaging, you cannot extract the setup file using winrar/7zip to replace files, you need to use Innoextractor to extract setups and replaced files then repack it.
