I just tried that but it's asking me to 'Wipe everything' in order to upgrade to Windows 10 Pro. Is that normal ? Or do i have to boot the ISO instead of mounting it while windows is on ?

I get 2 options but they are locked and only wipe is selectable - 1 is to keep everything, other is to remove just apps or so, and third is to wipe everything 2

You have No permissionsI know MS has hardened the upgrade options but I didn't know this.
Try booting while disconnected from internet and boot from install media to see if you can upgrade with all options enabled
