Anyways Why do you need to run Virtual Machince Guest OS inside a PE or RE.
Whats the use or if theres any specific reason kindly let me know.

I don't but running PE inside VMware. VMWare tools is a driver to make copy/paste work between host and guests. Without it, it's not possible
Why i use it because it boots faster than actual OS since it boots into RAM. I use it to test something like trying unknown softwares
