9065 FF00 is non-WHQL though (obviously 9065 is a beta version)
digitally signed by Realtek, not by MS
found the sources of full generic 32bit/64bit 9057 FF00 & 9065 FF00 drivers (unlikely manufacturer)

I will NOT update the Realtek HDA drivers on my bro's Sony Vaio laptop - I mentioned in station drivers forum that 9024 & 9057 (and maybe 9018) totally removed the Realtek equalizer and environment sound effect options (yup, those options are gone leaving only the weak Dolby Home Theater V3 sound options since those came with the Sony laptop). I'll stay with 9000 FF00 on the Sony laptop (which retain the Realtek EQ/environment sound options in the Realtek HD Audio Manager app) while my other machines can use either 9057 or 9065.
