Tuba Skinny -"Just A Closer Walk"

Just love this band. And adore Erica. Terrific voice. No make up. Hair a mess. No glamour clothes. And yet somehow soooo sexy !!!!!

Surprised but thrilled to hear Tuba Skinny play this. They tend to avoid the tunes that all the other jazz bands play. But even with this one they have so much to teach us: the tempo, the trombone statement of the theme, the lovely harmonizing such as Shaye's in the second Chorus, and Erika's wonderful rubatos - in her 'Owl Call Blues' voice. Never heard it performed better.
