It's unfortunate because I'd love to run Android apps on my PC without having to emulate them. You can use Microsoft's PC Health Check app to see if your system has secure boot and is supported or not.
There is a better tool than Microsoft's own check app. It tells you exactly which part doesn't meet the requirements

Try to read the new features of windows 11 in that page. M$ has nothing big to say about whats new with windows 11.
The features they are boasting for windows 11 already there in windows 10.
There is absolutely no need to buy or crave for 11 at all.
The minimum requirement for TPM 2.0 is a gimmick by M$ to benefit new PC / Laptop manufacturers.
Its like they added a new theme to windows 10 and trying to sell it for a price.
Update:
I tested win-11 on vmware. It allowed me to install classic shell and the app is running fine.
It also allowed h-w-idgen to run and register as 11 pro.
According to Microsoft, the 11 Insider Preview allows you to run it on VM without TPM, but when RTM releases, the guest OS has to revert back to 10. But I think VM manufacturers will find a way to make it work, also there are rumors that Microsoft will release a non TPM enforcing version. Anyway, I am root for TPM, it increases system security significantly with BitLocker, so why not?
WSLg and Android app compatibility actually sound quite intriguing, I tried WSLg on 10 Insider Preview, it is an incredible job that Microsoft has done so far on WSL, I really want to see how it will perform on stable releases. And Android apps could make my life a little easier.
Lets see how well it support android apps. Not worried about security. Never used bit locker. May be android app support is the only interesting out of all in win 11. That will entertain gamers mostly imo. Cross platform support is never an easy task. For example Wine in Linux never worked for me to run windows apps.
