How to install .NET 2.0 / 3.5 using Windows Command Prompt:

Prerequisites:
ISO file / DVD of Windows 10 that is installed onto your computer.

Step 1:
Open Command Prompt in Administrator mode.

Step 2:
Insert DVD into DVD-drive or mount the ISO file.

Step 3:
Open Command Prompt in Administrator mode.

Step 4:
Type the following in Command Prompt

where <drive_letter> is the drive letter of the Windows Installation media.

Example if the Windows installation media mounted in F: drive. The command would be as follows:
