temporarily downgrading HDA version to 9175 HDA FF00 x64 generic version and testing this version on my old HP desktop PC

based on the 9175 FF00 x64 generic driver released to MS on 4/16/2022 (yeah, realtek was almost a year late in submitting this version to MS) - very good sound quality as 9205 & 9239

all my other computers using HDA FFxx drivers will use either 9239 FF00 or 9273 FF04.
