22H2 build 22621.525 (Sep 2022 refresh) business & consumer US English ESDs (and possibly MVS/MSDN ISOs coming very soon) available (the Win11 22H2 Media Creation tool is recently downloading the refreshed 22621.525 ESDs)

I'll just get the ESD downloads instead (anyway, I'll use a script tool to convert an ESD to an ISO)
edit - though at least the Win11_22H2_English_x64v1.iso download was made recently available from the Windows 11 download page Thursday late morning Sept. 29
I install the "education" edition, which seems to also produce the same result; I always install "offline" with no internet connection on first setup
