I wonder if there will be a separate thread for 1909/19H2.
because MS has just published new 1909 ISOs containing build 18363.418 on MSDN
the previous out-of-band updates for 1903 from KB4522016 to KB4524147 (released between 9/23 to 10/4) have actually caused more problems than fixing them, causing "more pain" (evidence from The contents of this section are hidden ) but it seems Microsoft has redeemed themselves with the KB4517389 update as that update seems to fix most of the problems caused by those out-of-band updates
