Instruction how to create full installer with the latest update.
Download any full installer setup and run it. Chose location where to extract files. After extraction chose option "Open the specified folder", do not Launch Adobe Acrobat.
Now you should see this files:

Marked with red line is the latest update already integrated in full installer. Delete that file. Then download the latest update, and copy at this folder.
It should look like this:

Now open "setup.ini" with notepad and replace marked line with new update patch name:

Save setup.ini and now you can run Setup.exe and install Adobe Acrobat, or create archive for future use or share.
