Permanently disable M$ Cortana using install wim tweak doesnt work & Cortana is active at taskbar after reboot.
Actualy we have to kill the task SearchUI.exe forcefully more then 5 times using cmd.

You have No permissions

save as Remove-Cortana.bat & run with elevated privilages.
reboot voila done no any M$ Cortana in taskbar from now onwards.
