You have No permissionsIs indeed possible by using the Up/Down Upgrade trick (there is no official way to do this).

You'll need a non-EVAL Enterprise LTSC ISO (same language and architecture as your EVAL install) and my JATD GUI with LIC SWITCH tab.

In JATD GUIs LIC SWITCH tab set first drop-down to EnterpriseS and second to UP_DOWN_SET_ONLY, press SWITCH to set needed registry entries.

Mount the full-blown LTSC 2019 ISO and run setup.exe from the root of the mounted ISO.

It should offer to keep all your stuff.

Thank you both for the replies. I too found the link you sent regarding upgrading evaluation version to full version. Sadly I have been unable so far in finding this 'full version'. Am I allowed to ask for this version here or is it against the forum rules?

I currently have the windows 10 enterprise evaluation version in German. I would prefer to have it again in enterprise and German if possible

 - download the base .iso in desired architecture (EN-consumer)
 - download desired svf patch to switch language (EN to DE)
 - download conversion tool at

 - put these 3 files in same folder and run the tool
 
now you have .iso consumer in your language, to convert to business:

 - download svf patch to business, same language
 - put it next to previous .iso consumer and the tool
 - run the tool
 - DONE. congrats
