@s1ave77 I am curious to know which signature ticket is generated by this HWID generator whether it generates "clientlockboxkey" or "downlevelGTkey" signature ticket..

It must be  the downlevelGTkey signature.

1 - gatherosstate is not capable of generating tickets signed with a clientLockboxKey signature by itself.

2 - Only tickets returned by sppsvc (through SLC or ClipUp) are signed with the clientLockboxKey signature.

3 - We don't have the key sppsvc uses for signing its tickets, so we can't generate a clientLockboxKey ticket.
