[Windows 10] Digital License (HWID) & KMS38™ Generation
I thought that was the reason there's a 38 in KMS38.

You have No permissionsI'll need to test in VM what went wrong; seems to me that you didn't exclude Windows activation when running KMS_VL_ALL.

Did you try Clean option before Rearm?

You have No permissionsI did check Activate.bat on KMS_VL_ALL and SkipKMS38 is set to 1. But I didn't run it afterwards.

I'll try Clean, but I thought that would remove Office activation.
is the manual method still supported? the file isnt on upload.ee anylonger.

You have No permissionsThe manual method is (ofcourse!) still working but hasn't been updated because there's no need to.
If you want the files for the manual process let me know

@Skunk1966 I used "clean" as you suggested and then I was able activate with KMS38. After that I had to reconvert my Office installation to VL and used KMS_VL_ALL to activate it.

So I guess the instruction on OP about using "Rearm" is not actually working. If you have a previous KMS activation, you need to remove it completely before activating with KMS38.

You have No permissionsyou're 100% correct
Good to read that you managed to activate in the way that it's supposed to work

Quick question: is there any restriction to use HWID & KMS38 weather:
- the motherboard firmware is setup on BIOS or UEFI
- and the boot drive is prepared with a MBR or GPT?

I'm asking this as for example Windows Loader is unable to activate Windows 7 Ultimate installed on a computer setup with UEFI/GP.
So I'm just asking if there is such kind of restrictions with HWID & KMS38.

Thanks!
Sorry, I complete my question (but it's not convenient there's no Edit button)...

Quick questions:

1/ Is there any restriction to use HWID & KMS38 weather:
- the motherboard firmware is setup on BIOS or UEFI
- and the boot drive is prepared with a MBR or GPT?

I'm asking this as for example Windows Loader is unable to activate Windows 7 Ultimate installed on a computer setup with UEFI/GP.
So I'm just asking if there is such kind of restrictions with HWID & KMS38.

2/ Is there now only 1 ISO by edition of Windows 10?
No more Retail vs OEM vs Update vs VL ISOs?

Thanks!

You have No permissionsno restrictions other then mentioned in OP; everything there is to know you can find there.
Adding a digital license only or KMS38 activation depends on the version of Windows 10 and not on BIOS or partition type
