Hi everyone, I've tryed to activate my W10 Entreprise with hwid.kms38.gen.mk6, but it does not work, my previous activation was with MSToolKit, but it expired, and I wan’t to activate Windows with HWIDGen to do it permanently, but I have those messages when I open it (it is one of both, randomly).

With MSTK or Windows I have this error  0xC004F074.

1-remove everything which has anything to do with KMS activation and reboot
2-if any tweaks or telemetry tools are applied undo all
3-if windos update has been disabled undo and enable (set to automatic update)

make sure chipset drivers and graphics driver is installed. Run whidgen with admin rights + make sure internet connection is active

If all steps mentioned are done activation should go without a problem

Hi, thank you for the answer, I've tryed to remove everything which is about KMS activation and reboot, but it still does the same, and 2 and 3 are OK. I suspect that 1 is not done correctly, I need to find a way to initialize the licensing and activation system like a fresh windows installation. I'm not an expert though.

Hi Skunk1966, my problem is solved, KMS Cleaner did not change the HWID error. But I updated my W10 to the 2004 version (I was in 1909), and then HWID worked perfectly !

You have No permissionsThe one shown by you is MAS which is still updated and maintained; latest version of the script is v 1.4 which also activates 2019 LTSC with a digital license (hwidgen doesn't)
