Also you could have read the previous replies by others and staff here and in other topics about permissions and change of rules and you still ask WHY you don't have permission to see the download links?

Thanks, I'm glad to have finally found the source of this tool which I've used many times (who buys a license for a mining rig??).
I'm curious why people seem to recommend the KMS38 method over HWID? I always used HWID because I thought it is more secure. I used that method for Windows 7 and those keys all converted to retail Windows 10 licenses. I thought that meant this HWID method is mostly undetectable.

i suggest kms38 to people who doesn't want to be online while activating win10 or don't have internet. i believe kms38 is more safe because you are not knocking windows home with it for activation. kms38 generates license like your pc is a part of organization.
