Updated this morning to the new version (Windows 7 Ult. Ed. x64) and fixed by running AdobeCC2019-2020-GenP-2.6.2 and everything's fine; all Pro features working without any issue.

I installed and applied Genp 2.6.2 and it seems to work, bu this patch needs to be applied every time there's an update to acrobatDC

You have No permissionsIt's made by PainteR who also created amtemu etc. In the past I used the old patcher but after installing an update last year I decided to go for the new patcher because the old patcher didn't work on that version. No need to delete anything when Acrobat Pro DC becomes unpatched after updating; just run the new patch as administrator.

I'm pretty sure Amtemu by Painter keeps working after an update (exccept this last one, of course)
