Phasing out single-use plastics doesn't tackle the real issue at hand. Same over here in Canada where they're phasing out a lot of the single-use plastics. Yes it does help, but having responsible consumers is the end goal imo. Also don't forget recycling being mostly a "front/illusion" since they just dump it... bleh

in where we live some shops use bamboo straw, you can't eat it but it will disintegrate when thrown away
