Perfect Player 1.5.2.3 Mod

Perfect Player is one of the best iptv streaming players on the Android market.  I have been using it for years with great results.  This mod is not only unlocked but modded to change default settings in order to reduce end user interaction.

Mods:
-decoder set to hardware.
-buffer set to 2.
-afr enabled.
-play in background enabled.
