Updated toolbox v2.4

Changes:
 - update tutorial resources(large file size) offline to online mode to decrease patch size now 193kb from 2.8mb

Video Test for  IDM 6.36 Final Installation using the Toolbox 2019 v2.4 Cleaning, RE-Installation ,Full Activation/Registration.

Note:  If done /completed successfully. you just need to install the updates on top of the activated one for future release.  You can use the toolbox for that to download the latest one (update or retail)  that is an option. 

Uninstall IDM first completely and run the toolbox.  The video utilizes the windows defender with firewall in windows 10.  Most people say they cannot be done in WDF  till the latest 6.36 but i say it can be especially if  the user doesnt like to install a lot of security applications like me. Other application blockers which are really good is ProxyCAP and Netlimiter which is also effective in my ADGUARD r4 Toolbox. This application can block both IDM and Adguard to retain activation to work simultaneosly. A good choice of blocking both applications.

Secondly, you dont need Thrash reg anymore to remove VPK keys as its included in the toolbox, i made a script specific for IDM like Thrashreg.   Just bear in mind that the toolbox supports English version only. I have no translator for RU or other languages which might affect the functionality of the codes. So i apologize for that in advanced.
