V13.1 added more control over Real-Time scan, the defaults is "Balanced" so i tested "Aggressive" with some tools and cmd's that disable Windows defender etc but all the same with me

So what do you think to keep it as "Aggressive" as more protection for normal users ?

Finally the repack is ready for the next v13.2

They changed a lot and had to spend 2 days updating the repack

Today ESET made changes that should happen to v13.2 in older versions via today updates

If you used my repack and updated today you will find startup file check is enabled !

that's because the registry for these options changed and that should happen with v13.2, not sure why they changed it to older versions via modules update !

Anyway for now if you didn't restart your system today after ESET got updated, restart then disable these options again

It should be fixed already with v13.2

Also i will move this topic to VIP section to make sure no eyes is watching it, since it's the only topic i write about some details on it

A new beta is out v14.0.3

If you look at the changelog, the repack become more better than the original installer !

Changelog:

Secure all browsers: all supported browsers will start in Secured mode (for Insiders builds ON by default, for RTM builds OFF by default) 

• Refactored advanced setup settings layout for banking & Payment protection
  

• Refactored Activation wizard:
  • Changes in layout
    
  • Installers do not mentioned product name during installation, only “ESET Security”
    
  • Always the highest product on license will be offered (e.g. EAV activated with ESSP license will always select ESSP to be installed)
    
• Change product is possible without OS restart
  
• Automatic downgrade of product if the license is downgraded ( this might be a problem if the used key changed from EIS to EAV ! )
  
• Installed product link on Home page
  
• Connected home monitor renamed to Connected Home
  
• Numerous under-the-hood changes and bugfixes
  

 
Known issues:

• EULA confirmation is asked due to minor changes (mostly wording related)
  
• Wrong info on confirmation screen if activation is skipped for first installation
  
• Localizations are not final
  

The repack still works fine no changes needed

For example if they remove the ability to skip activation while installing, it will be a big problem

Now higher keys wont activate lower products !

For example trial keys for EIS wont activate EAV and ESSP wont activate EIS or EAV !

It's now more hard and not sure what will happen next
