it's advised to be very careful when using this software; I've seen many Windows end up crippled after using JV16.
The only module I ever used is uninstaller module to remove leftovers from uninstalled software on clients machines

I agree with you. Few years ago this app crashed my virtual machine during the test. 
Personally I use only CCleaner.
I only posted this app because a lot people still use it, and it is popular.
