Much like the startups bubble burst, the decrease in covid-19 spread is putting an end to the IT jobs surge when people were hired for doing nothing just to prevent competitors from reach these human assets to, believe or not, put them do nothing as well. The situation is aggravated by the fact that many big announced projects like metaverse have not taken off.

With many professionals available even more knowledge and experience requirements will be demanded in exchange for a lower payment.
